We called three places and Boston Elite Roofing and Masonry definitely had the best overall bid. One place was less expensive but only offered a 2 year warranty. Boston Elite offered a 20 year warranty. We worked with Edward who oversaw our project. He was realistic, attentive, kept us informed about the project throughout every phase. They had to remove a deck to replace the roof and they re assembled the deck when they were done!
